Qualifications

• 2 years of experience leading associates in a retail environment.
• 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• 1 year in manager-on-duty responsibilities, including daily store operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales licensure if required by law.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate customer flow and demand; adjust schedules for coverage.
• Plan for sales spikes and maintain in-stock position to support demand.
• Conduct safety walks; monitor power equipment use; coach associates on safety.
• Lead a team to deliver exceptional service in a clean, safe store and drive sales and margins.
• Collaborate with store leadership, district, and area staff to meet service and operational goals.
