The position collaborates with peers and district staff to optimize service, sales, and store operations, with occasional cross-training and travel to meetings or trainings as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience leading associates in a retail environment.
• 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• 1 year of experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities, including management of daily store operations and processes.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Anticipating customer flow and adjusting schedules to ensure coverage.
• Plan for spikes in sales and maintain in-stock position to support demand.
• Conduct safety walks and coach associates on safe practices.
• Lead a team to deliver exceptional service in a clean, safe, well-stocked store.
• Collaborate with store leadership, District Manager and Area staff to meet service, sales and operations goals.
• Rotate through Specialty and Operations assignments for cross-training and development.
• Travel to meetings/trainings or to support neighboring stores as needed.
