Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Assistant Store Manager to lead a team in delivering excellent customer service in a clean, safe, and well-stocked store. You will drive sales, margins, and operational efficiency while maintaining coverage and safety standards.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with store leadership, district managers, and support staff, and may involve rotating through Specialty and Operations assignments for development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience leading service associates in retail or similar.
• 3 years of experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities.
• Experience with store computer systems (Project Tool, Genesis, M2O, Thin Client).
• Ability to obtain required sales licensure or registrations.

Responsibilities

• Anticipating customer flow and work demand and adjusting schedules for coverage.
• Planning for sales spikes and ensuring in-stock position to support demand.
• Conducting safety walks and coaching associates on safe practices.
• Leading a team to achieve sales and margin goals while driving store efficiency.
• Collaborating with peers and district/area staff to meet service, sales, and operational objectives.
