Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking an in-store merchandiser to represent the brand, deliver exceptional customer service to store teams and shoppers, and execute daily visits following Merchandising Excellence standards. You will capture display photos, manage product orders via iPad/Salesforce, and support promotional events and new product launches across assigned stores.

The role requires early start times (6:00 AM), potential weekend/holiday shifts, and living within 25–35 miles of Lake Forest, CA.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access certain facilities.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations.
• Ability to work independently with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Lake Forest, CA.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays; 6:00 AM starts.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence.

• Capture display photos using DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, including backroom receivers and store managers.
• Order products via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM store plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM team.
• Lift, bend, move, and stock products from stock rooms to store floors while maintaining safety and compliance.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to work independently with a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location: Lake Forest, CA
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
• 6:00 AM start time
