Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking a part-time Merchandiser for the Hyannis, MA area to implement in-store displays and ensure Nabisco brands are stocked and promoted. You will collaborate with sales reps to optimize product visibility, take photos of displays, and place orders via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions.

The role requires a proactive, reliable candidate with a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and the flexibility to cover 4 days plus one weekend day.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
• Able to perform hard work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly; occasional up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Hyannis, MA.
• Schedule availability: 4 days a week and 1 weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication and relationship building.
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees.
• Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps.
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained per guidelines.
• Ensure plans with store managers are followed.
• Communicate issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz in stores with a positive and upbeat attitude.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location: Hyannis, MA
• Schedule availability required: 4 days a week and 1 weekend day
