Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license for the resident state.

• Own vehicle with valid insurance to travel to store locations.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
• Move products from stock rooms to shelves.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Forest Lake, MN.
• Open availability including at least one weekend day.
• Start time 06:00–08:00.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication and relationship building.
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change displays.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees.
• Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps.
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’s guidelines.
• Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed.
• Communicate issues with Mondelēz’s management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz in stores with a positive and upbeat attitude.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Ability to physically move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock store shelves
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location Forest Lake, MN
• Open availability, including at least one weekend day
• Start time availability between 06:00 AM and 08:00 AM
