Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking a dedicated in-store merchandiser to support the Saint Petersburg area. You will fulfill merchandising needs, stock shelves, and maintain displays while representing Nabisco brands in front of store staff.

This role requires traveling to multiple stores and using an iPad for ordering and reporting. Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a valid driver's license, and can lift up to 25 lbs with occasional heavier lifting.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: St. Petersburg, FL.
• Schedule availability required: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers’ merchandising needs through communication and relationship building
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
• Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
• Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays
• Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
• Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed
• Communicate issues with the Mondelēz management team
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
• Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude in stores
