Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking a motivated merchandiser to fulfill in-store merchandising needs, stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure Nabisco brands are represented according to guidelines.

You will visit assigned stores, collaborate with sales reps to optimize product visibility, capture display photos, and place orders via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 25 lbs are required.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
Prior merchandising/retail experience preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication and relationship building.
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays.
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees.
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps.
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores.
Order product via iPad for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines.
Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed.
Communicate issues with Mondelēz management.
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude in stores.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and meet defined physical activities
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: West Palm Beach, FL
Schedule availability required: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
