Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a merchandising associate in Princeton, MN to fulfill in-store merchandising needs, stock shelves, and maintain displays. You will interact with store staff, optimize product visibility, and document displays via iPad.

Travel to multiple stores is required, with a focus on Nabisco brands and promotional compliance. The role requires a reliable driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and availability on weekends.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
• Move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Princeton, MN.
• Open availability including at least one weekend day.
• Start times between 06:00 AM and 08:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication and relationship building.
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change displays.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees.
• Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz's DSD Merchandising Steps.
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines.
• Ensure sales representatives' negotiated plans with store managers are followed.
• Communicate issues with Mondelēz's management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz in stores with a positive and upbeat attitude.

• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location Princeton, MN
• Schedule availability: open availability, including at least one weekend day
• Start time availability between 06:00 AM and 08:00 AM
