Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking a field merchandising associate to fulfill in-store merchandising, stock shelves, and maintain displays across assigned stores in Terre Haute, IN. You will work with sales reps to optimize product visibility and execute promotions, while representing Nabisco leading brands and following Mondelēz guidelines.

The role requires in-store visits, reliable transportation, and the ability to move products and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
• Able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Terre Haute, IN.
• Schedule availability: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees.
• Collaborate with sales reps to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising steps.
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order products via iPad to ensure shelves are stocked and displays are current.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are represented and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelēz management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
• Support seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
• Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
• Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz' guidelines
• Ensure sales representatives' negotiated plans with store managers are followed
• Communicate issues with Mondelēz' management team
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid REAL ID driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides, U.S. passport, or federal ID
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Ability to physically move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock store shelves
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Terre Haute, IN
• Schedule availability required: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Start time: 08:00 AM
