Job summary

Mondelēz in Colorado Springs seeks an in-store merchandiser to represent the brands on the floor. You will work closely with store teams to deliver excellent customer service, execute daily store visits, and capture display photos using DMI.

You will manage product ordering via Salesforce on an iPad to keep shelves stocked and ensure plan adherence. The role requires a proactive, professional individual with retail or grocery experience, strong relationship skills, and the ability to work

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence
• Serve as the face of the company and deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated store plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
• Lift, bend, and move products while stocking shelves and maintaining safety and compliance

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid REAL ID driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides, U.S. passport, or federal ID
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location in Colorado Springs, CO
• Full availability including weekends and holidays
• Start by 6 am
• Work 40 hours per week
