Job summary

Total Wine & More seeks store team members to cover merchandising and customer service tasks. Internally this role is referred to as Merchandiser, reporting to store management. Expect responsibilities spanning inventory, displays, online order support, and potential delivery duties where needed.

Training on wine, spirits, and beer will be provided, with benefits and a fast-paced retail environment. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years retail experience, familiarity with POS and inventory software,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail is preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, organize displays, stock merchandise, and support online orders and curbside pickup.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with shoppers.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to grow product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness across the store and compliance with laws governing alcohol sales.
