Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring Regular Store Team Members, referred to as Merchandiser, to maximize product inventory and support online business operations while delivering a positive shopping experience.

You will greet customers, engage to build relationships, participate in wine, spirits, and beer training, and maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs. They offer benefits like PTO and health plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online orders.
• Stock merchandise, build displays, and set end caps.
• Assist curbside pickup and delivery services as needed.
• Greet customers and provide product knowledge.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Adhere to alcohol sale laws and keep a compliant environment.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is essential.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
