Job summary

Total Wine & More in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking Store Team Members to support merchandising and customer service. In this role, you will maximize inventory, stock shelves, pull orders for online and curbside pickup, and assist with deliveries if assigned.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, participate in wine, spirits and beer training, and help maintain a safe, clean store while following all laws related to alcohol sales.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and stock merchandise.
• Greet customers and deliver personalized service.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and deliveries.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with store policies and laws.
• Participate in wine, spirits and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Perform cross-functional duties as assigned.
