Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking store team members in Michigan to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and assist with merchandising, front-end duties, and curbside pickup and delivery services. The role includes training in wine, spirits, and beer, and requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of retail experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging customers and advising them on products.
• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws.
