Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring Store Team Members in Sterling Heights, MI. As a Merchandiser, you will maximize product inventory, stock shelves, fulfill online orders, and support curbside pickup while delivering friendly, personalized service.

You’ll greet customers, share product knowledge, participate in wine, spirits, and beer training, and help maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol regulations. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and process freight
• Fulfill online orders and assist with curbside pickup/delivery
• Greet customers and provide personalized service
