Job summary

Responsibilities

• Service all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner.
• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults, ensuring full stock and rotation.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves while reviewing dates.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure cold equipment, racks, and POS are current, clean, and brand compliant.
• Maintain clean backstock areas and consolidate inventory for freshness.
• Support in-store execution by building and maintaining displays for visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Managers to address product availability and inventory needs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to support in-store execution.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

About the Role

This role supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. It is responsible for servicing all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner while maximising product visibility and availability at every point of sale. The role works with Account Sales Managers and customers to support product availability, display execution, and inventory needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Service all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner.
• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks, and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organised backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimising displays to maximise visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Managers or customers to address product availability, optimise display execution, and support inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• A valid US Driver's Licence.
• A reliable vehicle for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays as necessary.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in merchandising is a plus.
• Additional languages are an advantage.

Workplace

• Work is performed across small and/or large format retail accounts.
• Labour-intensive role involving regular lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling of cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product.
