Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to ensure Red Bull products are stocked, displayed, rotated to planograms, across assigned stores. This role is physical, involving lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching, with a valid US driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

You will work with store teams to maximize visibility and availability, servicing customers professionally and maintaining inventory.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults, and coolers, ensuring full stock and proper rotation.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves and displays, reviewing codes at each visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure cold equipment and POS materials are clean, current and aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain tidy backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support stock levels and freshness.
• Support in-store execution by building, maintaining, and optimizing displays for visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Managers to address product availability and display execution.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support in-store execution.
• Other duties as assigned.

About the Role

This part-time merchandising role supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large-format accounts. The role is responsible for servicing all customers professionally while maximising product visibility and availability at every point of sale. It is a labour-intensive position that involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks, and other point-of-sale materials are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organised backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimising displays to maximise visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Managers or customers to address product availability, optimise display execution, and support inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Valid US driver’s licence.
• Reliable vehicle for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• English language proficiency.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases; frequently bending, reaching, and squatting; and lifting and transporting up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in merchandising is a plus.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
