• Collaborate with Account Sales Managers or customers on availability and inventory.

About the Role

The Full-Time Merchandiser supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. The role is responsible for servicing all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner while maximising product visibility and availability at every point of sale. It is a labour-intensive position that involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product. The Merchandiser ensures the proper level of Red Bull products is in stock, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in large and small format stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks, and other point-of-sale materials are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organised backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimising displays to maximise visibility and sales.
• May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimise display execution, and support inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s Licence.
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English language proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in merchandising is a plus.
• Additional languages are an advantage.

Workplace

• In-store work across small and/or large format accounts.
