Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves and displays, ensuring full stock and proper rotation per planograms.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves and review dates at every visit.
• Report dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Maintain clean, organized backstock and ensure cold equipment and POS materials meet brand standards.
• Support in-store execution by building and maintaining displays to maximise visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Manager or customers to address product availability and inventory needs.
• Provide safe and professional service to customers and build positive relationships.

About the Role

The role supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. It is responsible for servicing all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner while maximising product visibility and availability at every point of sale. The position is labour-intensive and involves regular lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling of cases, along with frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product. The merchandiser works in stores and may collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to support inventory and display needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks, and other point-of-sale materials are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organised backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimising displays to maximise visibility and sales.
• Collaborate regularly with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimise display execution, and support inventory needs.
• Service all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner and build positive, professional relationships to support strong in-store execution.
• Regularly lift, load, push, and pull cases, and frequently bend, reach, and squat while handling and merchandising product.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• A valid US Driver's Licence.
• A reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes, with at least the minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays as necessary.
• English language proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• Additional languages are an advantage.

Workplace
