Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a field-based merchandiser to support Red Bull in Nebraska stores. The role focuses on stocking, displaying, rotating and maintaining brand standards across various account formats.

You will collaborate with Account Sales Managers and customers to address product availability, displays and inventory needs. The position is labour-intensive, requiring frequent lifting and movement of product, with a need for reliable transport and full English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US Driver’s License.
• Reliable vehicle for work with at least basic insurance.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and handle product displays.
• Must be 18+ and English proficient.

Responsabilités

• Service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner.
• Merchandise products on shelves and displays, ensuring full stock and proper rotation.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves and check code dates.
• Identify and report damaged or expired products for removal or exchange.
• Keep cold equipment and displays clean and up-to-date with brand standards.
• Maintain organized backstock to support stock levels and freshness.
• Assist in building and maintaining displays to maximise visibility and sales.
• Coordinate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers on inventory needs.
• Build positive relationships with customers to support in-store execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the Role

This role supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed and rotated to brand standards across small and large format accounts. It services all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner while maximising product visibility and availability at every point of sale. The role involves regular collaboration with Account Sales Manager(s) and customers to address product availability, display execution and inventory needs. It is labour-intensive and requires frequent physical handling of product, including lifting, loading, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching and squatting.

Key Responsibilities

• Service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner.
• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organised backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining and optimising displays to maximise visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimise display execution and support inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• A valid US Driver’s Licence.
• A reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Ability to regularly lift, load, push and pull cases, and frequently bend, reach and squat while handling and merchandising product.
• English proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
