Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks, and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organised backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimising displays to maximise visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimise display execution, and support inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the Role

The role supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and large format accounts. It involves servicing customers professionally while maximising product visibility and availability at every point of sale. The position is labour-intensive and requires regular lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling of cases, along with frequent bending, reaching, and squatting.
