Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver's Licence.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• Ability to regularly lift, load, push, and pull cases, and frequently bend, reach, and squat while merchandising product.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults, and coolers with full stock and proper rotation.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, reviewing codes at every visit.
• Remove or exchange dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product.
• Keep cold equipment and POS areas clean and presentable per brand standards.
• Maintain organized backstock to support stock levels and freshness.
• Support in-store execution including displays to maximise visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers on availability and inventory needs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers for strong in-store execution.
• Serve all customers safely and professionally.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

About the Role

The role supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. It involves servicing customers professionally while maximising product visibility and availability at every point of sale. The position is labour-intensive and requires regular lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling of cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product. The role operates in large and small format stores and may involve collaboration with Account Sales Managers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks, and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organised backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimising displays to maximise visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimise display execution, and support inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.
• Service all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• A valid US Driver's Licence.
• A reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Ability to regularly lift, load, push, and pull cases, and frequently bend, reach, and squat while handling and merchandising product.
• English language proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• Additional languages are an advantage.

Workplace
