Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a retail merchandiser to ensure Red Bull products are stocked, displayed, rotated and maintained to brand standards across various accounts. The role is labour-intensive and involves lifting and merchandising products at point of sale with a strong focus on visibility and stock control.

You will work with store staff and account managers to optimize displays, monitor product freshness, and support inventory needs while maintaining professional relationships

Responsibilities

• Service all customers in a professional manner while maximizing product visibility and availability at every point of sale.
• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults and coolers, ensuring full stock and proper rotation.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves and displays, reviewing dates at every visit.
• Report dented, damaged, dirty or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure cold equipment and POS areas are clean and presented to brand standards.
• Keep backstock organized and stocked to maintain freshness.
• Support in-store displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Manager or customers to address product availability.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to support execution.

About the Role

This role supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. It services all customers in a professional manner while maximising product visibility and availability at every point of sale. The position is labour-intensive and involves handling and merchandising product across customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Service all customers in a professional manner while maximising product visibility and availability at every point of sale.
• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organised backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining and optimising displays to maximise visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers, as required, to address product availability, optimise display execution and support inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• A valid US driver's licence.
• A reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes, with at least the minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Ability to perform a labour-intensive role involving regular lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching and squatting while handling and merchandising product.
• English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in merchandising is a plus.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
