Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a field merchandiser to support in-store execution across small and large format accounts in the Wilmington, DE area. You will ensure products are stocked, displayed, rotated to brand standards, and readily available at the point of sale.

The role involves lifting and moving cases, loading and unloading, bending and reaching, and collaborating with account sales managers or customers to optimise displays and inventory. English is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner.
• Merchandise products, ensure full stock, rotation, and compliance with planograms.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves and check code dates.
• Identify and report dented, damaged, dirty, or expired products for removal or exchange.
• Maintain cold equipment, racks, and point of sale in clean, brand-compliant condition.
• Keep backstock area clean and organized to support stock levels and freshness.
• Support in-store execution, including building and optimizing displays for visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Managers or customers to address availability and inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to support in-store execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the Role

This role supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. It is responsible for servicing all customers professionally while maximising product visibility and availability at every point of sale, and may involve collaboration with Account Sales Managers or customers. The role is labour-intensive and involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product.

Key Responsibilities

• Service all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner.
• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks, and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organised backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimising displays to maximise visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers, when required, to address product availability, optimise display execution, and support inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• A valid US Driver's Licence.
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays, as necessary.
• English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• Additional languages an advantage.
