Job summary

Total Wine & More in Ohio is seeking a Merchandiser to maximize inventory, stock displays, and support online orders and curbside pickup. You’ll engage customers with product knowledge and maintain store standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. This role emphasizes safety, compliance with alcohol laws, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience; retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize inventory: freight, organize, restock, displays, signage, and support digital orders.
• Assist with curbside pickup and delivery services as needed.
• Greet customers and build relationships with product knowledge.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training.
• Keep up with ads, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness; follow alcohol laws.
• Perform cross-functional duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is required.
