Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring Store Merchandisers to maximize inventory, stock shelves, and support online orders while delivering a personalized shopping experience. You will engage customers, assist with curbside pickup, and help with in-store promotions and displays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in retail, be comfortable with POS systems, and work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Benefits include PTO, healthcare, and store discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Greet customers and build relationships to inform them about products and services.
• Deliver exceptional service and support online and in-store operations, including curbside pickup and delivery if applicable.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Complete cross-functional duties as assigned and assist with loading and delivering orders.
