Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to support in-store merchandising, customer service, and digital order fulfillment. You will maximize inventory, build displays, and assist with curbside pickup and deliveries as needed.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1–3 years in retail, with familiarity in POS systems and inventory software. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, and build displays and end caps.
• Greet customers, engage and inform about products and services.
• Support online business operations and curbside pickup/delivery.
• Load and deliver orders if delivery is an essential function.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
