Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members in Brookhaven, GA to maximize product inventory, assist with online orders, and deliver exceptional customer service in-store and curbside. You may perform merchandising, front-end, or other duties as needed, while maintaining safety and compliance with alcohol regulations.

Eligible candidates have 1-3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory.
• Pull and stock merchandise and build displays and end caps.
• Greet customers and provide exceptional service while informing about products and services.
• Support digital business operations by fulfilling online orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup/delivery.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale regulations.
• Perform cross-functional duties as needed and assist with deliveries if required.
