Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members in Kennesaw, GA to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales. You will engage with customers, advise on products, and may handle merchandising, front-end duties, and curbside/delivery tasks as needed.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with responsibilities spanning stock, signage, and inventory management. Training in wine, spirits, and beer is provided, and compensation aligns with retail market norms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing inventory, stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, signage, and supporting digital operations.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure adherence to laws and safety standards related to alcohol sales.
