Job summary

The Merchandise Manager at Michaels Stores oversees merchandising and operations to deliver a customer-ready store environment. You will drive truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards while ensuring accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.

In this role you will provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, lead workload planning, manage stock movement, and maintain high in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage truck execution, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready store environment.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution across the store.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintain floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Oversee Store-In-Stock Optimization, in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy and sales readiness.
• Manage price changes, ad sets, and Ship from Store fulfillment with attention to detail and compliance.
