Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and store readiness across operations. The role includes overseeing truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and timely promotional execution. You will lead a team, collaborate with store leadership, and ensure shopper-ready conditions.

Strong emphasis on in-stock optimization, RTV/ASN handling, and adherence to visual standards. Night/weekend shifts and hands-on leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOP adherence and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of company policies and standards, holding the team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage to maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee truck execution, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership alignment.
• Manage in-stock optimization and replenishment accuracy to support sales readiness.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
