Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are highlighted.
• Manages opening/closing the store, securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, responsibilities for store operations and staff management.
• Oversees daily activities of all store associates, ensuring performance and customer service.
• Develops onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes market plan with product placement and signage per corporate guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with Inventory Integrity process.
