Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, unpacking and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Set up and maintain store displays and promotions following guidelines.
• Open/close store operations, cash security, doors, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed to lead staff and customer service.
• Supervise daily activities of store associates and training of team.
• Drive sales by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Execute market plan with signage and inventory integrity compliance.
