Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards; ensures associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Ensures an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicates with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
• Supports store safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
