Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking and adapting to changes in direction.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Engage customers to deliver an excellent store experience and maintain cleanliness.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles and processes.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and properly coded.
• Coordinate with management to maintain flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
• Uphold labor policies and participate in ongoing training.
