Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards. You will help ensure an excellent customer experience, organize the backroom, and train teammates on established procedures.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends and a commitment to safe, efficient store operations. You will interact with customers and peers to maintain clean, organized aisles, proper tagging, and timely stock movement,

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience or equivalent.
• 6 months of leadership exposure or supervision experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process efficiently and maintain customer experience.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and stock replenishment.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise correctly.
• Maintain backroom organization and safety standards.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize tasks.
