Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an energetic store associate to help execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process merchandise efficiently and customers enjoy a great shopping experience.

You will train colleagues, maintain tagging and backroom organization, and collaborate with management to prioritize tasks and maintain safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing on the floor.
• Provide excellent customer experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded.
• Coordinate with management to prioritize tasks and monitor productivity.
