• 1-2+ years of fast-paced, retail management, or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: success with driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense.
• Leadership management: experience with attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, swiftly adapting to change and leading others.

Responsabilidades

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and retail shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Be knowledgeable of scheduling tools to adjust schedules and manage attendance during manager-on-duty shifts.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team, provide feedback, coaching, and development plans to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
