Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Leverage forecasts and payroll budgets to support scheduling and productivity.
• Review and act on financial and operational reports.
• Lead a culture of operational excellence and staff development.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos to drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with policies and dress code; maintain attendance policy.
• Manage inventory, shipments, replenishment, markdowns, and pricing changes.
