Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering standout Brand Visual Standards. You will drive Floorset execution, assist with merchandising updates, and ensure the store remains guest-ready through proactive replenishment.

You will inspire and coach a team, focus on product placement, and partner to keep shelves stocked and displays current. This role emphasizes detail, teamwork, and living the AEO values daily.

Qualifications

• Passion for merchandising and driving guest experience aligned with Brand Standards.
• Proven ability to lead Floorset execution through coaching and clear productivity goals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coach teams on replenishment and in-store execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Floorset execution and training to ensure standards across displays, tables and fixtures.
• Execute replenishment and sell-through adjustments to keep inventory fresh and guest-ready.
• Partner with Merchandising Team Leader to maintain Brand Standards and guest focus.
• Manage store safety, shrink-reduction strategies, and adherence to policies.
