Qualifications

• Experience driving floorset execution and updates to brand standards.
• Proven ability to coach teams and manage replenishment to guest-ready standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and training of the Floorset team.
• Drive replenishment and day-to-day merchandising to reflect AE Brand Standards.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Team Leader to maintain guest-ready stores.
• Maintain store safety and shrink-reduction practices on the sales floor and stockroom.
• Foster a positive, recognition-rich team culture and celebrate wins.
