Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to drive the store’s merchandising strategy and guest experience. You will lead, train, and coach a team to execute FloorSets and Visual standards while ensuring the store is guest-ready through effective replenishment.

You will recruit, train, and develop talent, provide real-time coaching, and partner with leadership to hit KPIs and drive store performance, all while living AEO values.

Qualifications
