Michaels Stores is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the TAMPA-LARGO area. The role drives merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure accurate pricing and timely promotions.

Responsibilities include workload planning, inventory management, and maintaining a customer-ready store environment. The position requires 3+ years of retail leadership, with nights, weekends, and early mornings expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in ensuring SOPs and company programs compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards; hold team accountable.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines.
