Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager for our Largo, FL location to drive merchandising and operational execution across truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.

You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management, leading by example in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience executing store merchandising standards and SOPs.
• Ability to manage inventory, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines to improve in-stock levels.
