Job summary

The Michaels Companies is hiring a Merchandise Manager in Lutz, FL. You will drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to keep the store customer-ready.

You will lead workload planning, pricing accuracy, and in-stock optimization, partner with leadership to align staffing, and oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Experience with SOPs and company programs.
• Strong workload planning and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOP compliance and operations.
• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow.
• Plan workload and staffing with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual standards.
• Manage in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Coordinate Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Deliver pricing changes and promotional execution.
• Train and coach team members.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction.
