Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Aurora, CO is hiring to support receiving and merchandising while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will work with a team to ensure merchandise is processed quickly, tagged, hung, and stocked on the sales floor.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is expected; prior retail/leadership exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Provide an excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, stock, and code merchandise correctly and timely.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain safety, privacy, and compliance with store policies and labor laws.
