Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. at HomeGoods in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Store Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, deliver an excellent customer experience, and keep the store clean and organized. You’ll participate in a fast-paced team and support daily store operations.

Responsibilities include tagging, hanging, stocking, training Associates, and coordinating with management to ensure a smooth flow of goods. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Team player with ability to adapt to direction.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer experience and maintain clean store.
• Organize and rotate back stock for replenishment.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensure proper tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods.
• Support safety, labor laws, and programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
