Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards.
• Engages with customers to ensure an excellent experience.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles.
• Organizes backroom and ensures proper tagging, hanging, and stocking.
