Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store operations.
• Provide an excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging, hanging, and coding.
• Communicate with management to ensure timely flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Promote and adhere to labor laws, policies, and safety procedures.
• Support shrink reduction goals and participate in program implementations.
